After obtaining my mortgage in 1982, I've never had one late-payment. The mortgage is paid-up to-date and that I have outstanding credit ratings. Because of lack of my work, today in a low income, I attempted to get a HAMP change. After calling W.F. More than 100 times, and delivering all of the necessary files, I had been refused a change. Subsequently about 1 week before, WELLS FARGO calls and informs me they examined my data, will certainly reduce my 7.2% RATE to 4.25, and alter my mortgage. And so I contact the W.F. Mortgage specialist who subsequently informs me it had been all an error. WELLS FARGO hasbeen absolutely the TOUGHEST organization I've actually handled. Customer support is extremely BAD. Worst business i've ever seen!!! I'd motivate one to stay away from wells fargo! Horrible-horrible lender—no customer support—total liars!!
