I'm attempting to refinance with Wells Fargo and was informed there could be not a problem. I obtained a phone that there is a problem since my mortgage with Wells Fargo wasn't reaffirmed so that they have refused me my refinance. I approached Wells Fargo on January 23 and talked for their Bankruptcy division concerning the reaffirmation plus they mentioned they'd get me the paperwork within the email by January 30. Our lawyer also recommended me Wells may deliver me anything aswell. After many weeks I named them back and was informed that my demand was terminated plus they weren't informing me they weren't delivering me that which was guaranteed.
