I am late on my title loan payment I will start off saying that first and I do understand that they have to do their jobs but its a way to do everything. I was called and told my payment was 2 days late and it slipped my mind because I had been in and out of the state caring for my mother who was in the hospital. When they called me I apologized and said I would send somebody in right away to pay it. Right off they were very rude to me and said I couldnt do that bc I had to come in person so that I could renew my contract. I said okay I know its not your problem but Im dealing with my mom out of town right now and dont know when I will be back but when I do it will get paid. I got in late Sunday Morning and had to be at work that Monday coming back from maternity leave and because of me dealing with my mom no longer had the money and explained it to them and promised to pay it on March 17. They told me I couldnt do that. It was too long. The store manager Renita has been calling my job and hanging up because I dialed *69 and it was her cell number I suppose. I called the store to report her and was speaking with Tony asking him for the District Manager's number and the corporate number and he hung up in my face. I called back thinking we were just disconnected somehow and he did it again! The employees are uncouth at this store and are being led by a store manager who needs to be replaced bc if I get fired from my job then they really won't be able to get paid.
