Purchased a 24000 BTU mini split heat pump from them 45 days ago. The unit arrived with a bent blower fan motor shaft which caused a tremendous vibration (actually shook the wall of my house when running). I contacted their warranty department. They wanted me to dissasemble, and diagnose the problem (which I did), and then email pictures, and a proof of purchase (like they don't have records from a month ago). I have now made over 10 phone calls, and sent emails time and time again. They finally sent me a tracking number from a 10 day old shipping label which proves they have never shipped the replacement motor "billing info received". If you are thinking about purchasing ANYTHING from this company, I would reconsider. Their customer service after the sale is HORRIBLE!!!
