Ehomeair.com When I had trouble with my fedders 12K Ac Mini-split they said they do not cover the warranty. We have tried to get repair work done on it and notthing works. It should have been replaced

I purchased a Fedders 12000 BTU mini-split AC and when I needed warranty work because it did not work they did not help me a one bit. They had all kind of excuses. They should have replaced the whole unit. I am still trying to get it to work, but it only works partially. I am very frustrated and angry. I bought this AC and now I have not much to speak about. I wish someone could help me to get this unit replaced. They should have to pay for their consequences.
