Ramsond Corporation
Horrible Product Quality & No Support or Service - mini split AC

Miscellaneous kchandle1 0

Reading the above reply by Ramsond reinforces my poor opinion of the company. I Purchased and had installed (the merchants's son installed it) a Ramsond 18,000 BTU mini-split A/C-Heatpump last year. Within 2 weeks the unit would not cool, so called the local dealer, he provided no support except to ...

I purchased a Ramsond Sunshield 12 Volt 8 Amp Solar Charge Controller which upon installation proved to be defective. Ramsond refused to refund my purchase price and stonewalled me. After numerous emails I finally had to resort to filing a complaint with PayPal (fortunately I had used PayPal to pay ...

We bought a 2 ton mini-split AC from Ramsond AC-world.com. For the first year we LOVED IT. And then not. Big time not. The fan in the inside blower started making noise and it just gets worse. Had to refill freon - that's fine. Then it just stopped working well and it's hard to find folks to work ...

We purchased a split ductless AC system direct from Ramsond online. They do a good sell job, but, their support is the worst. The unit never worked properly, as only one unit worked (the 9Kbtu), the other was dead. (the 12Kbtu). This was about 3 years ago and all attempts to get a response from ...

We bought a split ductless AC program strong from Ramsond online. They are doing a great market work, but, their assistance may be the worst. The system never worked precisely, as just one device worked (the 9Kbtu), another was useless. (the 12Kbtu). It was about three years before and all efforts ...

This company (Pure Health) also claims the only way I can get out of auto-scheduling is to pay them $170. Else, they will send me more products, on a scheduled basis, and rack up more charges.
