GE MoneyBank cancelled my account with Lowe's after a problem with J.C. Penney, which accounts it also manages.
How unfair! My account with Lowe's is/was in very good standing and I've had a credit card with them for 10 or more years. My payment record is excellent and I want to continue to be a customer at Lowe's but now I feel that my integrity has been compromised and my character attacked unfairly. Someone needs to hold GE accountable, please! The problem which began with JC Penney (also managed by GE MoneyBank) was due to my address being changed from a rural route to a 911 address, which was totally out of my control as well as the continuous mixups with the local post office and yet another 911 adddress being assigned, then mail being returned to sender (JC Penney) I'm hoping Lowe's can and will assist me.
