Company quotes $55 for a lockout and then charges $200 when they arrive. They claim they take credit cards but demand cash, and then won't leave until you sign a waiver claiming that "customer has no complaints and all charges are undisputable". $200 for 10 minutes of work - and I found out today that any reputable company would have charged $50-60 for a simple lock-out.
