I've had similiar issues with CitiMortgage. I'm present with my mortgage transaction. I take advantage of money orders and that I have all my reciepts. Once they began delivering standard updates, I approached them observing that reality. I first required a refinance of my mortgage, because the rates of interest had fallen, that they declined. They aimed me to reduction mitigation as though I had been behind. I kept showing them that I had been present. They delivered me paperwork from damage mitigation and that I stuffed it out. I believed this had anything related to obtaining a lower rate of interest. I had been informed that I'd be approached in appx. 6 weeks.?? Next issue I received another standard notice. I approached customer support to obtain this all straightened out. Citimortgage stated that 500$ of my cost hadn't been received. I instantly examined the money orders have been cashed. (I deliver 2 money orders simply because they just market for approximately 500$)... They both had banked the same evening! I again approached CitiMortgage telling them of the reality. I had been advised to send the reciepts to Cost study. I had been presented the wrong quantity. I received another standard notice. I approached CitiMortgage again ultimately obtaining, ideally the right fax amount to cost study. They delivered a notice stating that I'd need to get a duplicate of the cash purchase in the money purchase organization and send it again. I'm presently awaiting the copies from Moneygram. Has anybody began a-class action suit from this bailout bilking company. I've been informed they just "support" the mortgages for Fannie Mae. I'd prefer to include my title to any class-action suit against them.
