Ive sent and shipped the paperwork often for evidence that my bankruptcy is released, my attorney has delivered them notices in addition to the trustee delivering 3 updates. Each time I contact and plead them to get rid of it, I obtain a low-english-speaking individual who does only replicate what I-say and move me around forever till I hang-up. AS i attempt to reopen a charge card or obtain a new-car loan to begin the credit rebuilding procedure, I am being refused as Citimortgage is displaying my consideration is overdue/available bankruptcy, SIX MONTHS LATER. So much for repairing my credit. I DISLIKE them-and the moment i are able to, I'm refinancing with another person
