Deceptive Forclosure - Inability to Supply Notice - Unauthorized Costs - Inability to Solve Good-Faith Challenge
I've been an operator since 1996. Just before Jan. 2008 I had been present on all funds due the Resort.in Janu a brand new preservation charge (Around. $376) became due. Nevertheless, consequently of my transfer, the email offering notice of the charge didn't reach me.
