I'd a mortgage with Wells Fargo that we refinanced with another bank to be able to secure a reduced mortgage rate. Wells Fargo owes me over $5000 in escrow funds. The Wells Fargo notice was reduced per month before and that I still have not obtained the escrow funds owed to me. When I contact I obtain a unique account.interesting how after I have their money they cost me curiosity of course if I'm overdue in spending they are able to consider my home, but when they're resting on my cash, they spend no-interest and therefore are in no rush to come back it. I'd clearly recommend keeping away from Wells Fargo to get a mortgage - they might be a sizable lender however they behave like small-time thieves!
