I have made all my payments and they reported I have not after. They said it’s in a reserved account and when I sign my new agreement with them they will credit my account. They reported to credit companies I am late ruin my credit score, cant refinance with anyone because of it and was told if I don’t sign they will not take it off my credit report. Hiring a lawyer starts at about $4,000.00. Now what to do? My research I have learned... Have everything in writing and send everything certified even your payments.
When you can refinance ASAP before they try to take your home and ruin your credit so you can’t go anywhere else.
