Saxon Mortgage has been reporting misleading and wrong information to the credit bureau purposely to get me with an unfavorable report. I filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy in 2005 with Saxon included and my attorney and I have been fighting with them every since.
Saxon has been reporting missed payments, late payments and partial payments all which are not true. My attorney advised me to refinance when I able through the courts. Every lender I have tried to go through has made some reference to my mortgage company reporting some kind of problem.
8/20/07 I had a lender from Novastar called back for additional information and she told me that Saxon was reporting that I was 200 days behind which is an absolute lie and impossible to be in a Chapter 13 and be 200 days behind without being discharged. The courts are reporting "paid as agreed"
The bottom line is Saxon is reporting mis-information for the sole purpose of preventing other lenders from wanting to take on my credit risk. So unfortunately I am stick with Saxon and my extremely high interest rate
