Wilshire Credit Corporation
Does NOT report mortgage payments to the credit bureaus resuting in lower credit scores!

We have had Wilshire on our mortgage for the last 3yrs.in that time not 1 payment has been reported to the credit bureaus. As a result my credit score now is LOWER than it was when I purchased my house in 2004 with a score in the 700's. My score now is in the 4-500's range. Not because of late or missed payments either. I am up to date on all my bills. I pay everything on time. Not that Wilshire would report a late payment because they only threaten they do not report anything.
Wilshire claims that Massachusetts has some sort of privacy law and the "investor" that actually holds my mortgage has chosen to not have my mortgage payments (to the tune of $2300.00 a month mind you) reported to the bureas. (Wilshire claims they are only the "Servicer of the loan" and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a debt collector)

Does this not strike anyone as odd???"Somebody " is getting my $2300.00 a month as "income" yet it is not being reported? Hmmm... I wonder if the IRS knows about this!

Recently I went to apply for a personal loan... Yeah couldn'y get it. #1 score too low - Thanks Wilshire! And #2 - Debt ratio too high - nothing on credit report showing mortgage payments - Thanks Wilshire!
So here is a notice to anyone who has Wilshire Credit Corporation on their mortgage, check your credit report, see if your payments are being reported. If you live in Massachusetts they are not.

I am currently looking to file a lawsuit against Wilshire because now I am unable to refinance due to my credit scores and I am still stuck in an upside down ARM with Wilshire!!
