(I was getting the information from you) When you were leaving I asked you if you have the house tops in scallops/gables and you said that you didn't include that because you forgot but you would add later and that shouldn't matter to the price. We were outside the house discussing going down with siding and I pointed to you the cellar door too. The material you showed me is sicker than the material on the house now.
Tom Smith and Ivan Castallo both said that Sears does not deal with subcontractors. Sears have own employees. It does not look like this is what is happening because Andre is a subcontractor.
My agreement with Ivan that the top of the house supposed to be gables not siding, I don't see that is happening I see that the it's normal siding, please adjust that immediately.
My agreement with Ivan that all the doors/entrances in the house will be wrapped with flashing. Please do that accordingly.
Debbie, Tom and Ivan all of you had said that you have a crew that is going to come work here, I only see one person which is a subcontractor, work is going very slow.
You charged my credit card on the November 20th for the full amount of the credit card limit I don't know why because my understanding you would start charging me on the day of the job which is he started on Monday December 2nd.

Please contact me. I have a lot of concerns about this project I think for the price that you are charging me comparing to the same in the industry like Lowes there is a big difference almost double. And if I compare to private contractor it will be for the whole job about 70% less than Sears price.
