My alarm company was called by Renewal By Anderson of Dallas in October to go to one of their customers who had new windows installed. Their window installers completely disconnected the security system window sensors from the old windows and buried the wires in the walls so the new windows had no security system protection and the customer had not been able to arm their alarm system for weeks. The window company asked us to go there to the customer's house and repair the alarm system. We did so on October 24 and they still have not paid our invoice - a measly $92.01. I have called and send duplicate invoices but their only response is that they are looking into it and will let me know when I can expect the payment. They have never called us - I have to call them.
