Our security alarm system was destroyed when Evans Glass installed our new windows. I have a quote from the alarm company to repair the damage but cannot get a representative from Evans Glass to follow through with a claim. I have been trying to resolve this through the home office for over 6 months now.initially, I placed 12 phone calls and never received a single call back. Then I was given a managers name to send my estimates to. I did that and when I attempted to follow up with him, my requests went unanswered for over 2 months. Since then I have received a call from the home office but they have informed me that the manager never received my e-mails and that I must start the entire process all over again. Meanwhile, I have a contract with my security company so I have been paying a monthly charge to them even though I no longer have a usable alarm. This has been the most frustrating experience of my life and I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company.in addition to the monthly charges, I will need to pay approximately $1200 to have a new alarm system installed. I am now in the process of looking at filing a small claims suit against Evans Glass and have invested far too many hours already into this process.
