Waste Management will get you to sign a 3 year contract and then not notify you on expiration and do what they call roll over for an additional 12 months. The require you talk only to a sales representative which will never call you back. Then they will say you must notify them by certified mail 90 days in advance that you want to cancel your service. This is the one of the worst kinds of big companies taking advantage of the small people. I have filed an complaint with the BBB to try and get their attention. I think someone needs to file an class action lawsuit against them for deceptive practices.
