Sears shows up tells me they will call to set a date for a kitchen remodeling job estimated at $20,000. No one calls. No one responds. "Contract " says I cannot cancel. An account opened with Citi bank but I cannot cancel it. Even the headquarters was not able to reach the "TEAM" that is supposed to be responsive. It has been 4 weeks and no one has take final measurements. I get no response. I just want to cancel project.
