1) Stain remover purchased did not work on my pool. Please advise how to make this work.
2) Upon opening and looking at chlorine tablets, at least the half of tablets in the 50 LBS bucket were broken into many small pieces although the bucket did not appear to be damaged at all. I am not really happy about this and this never happened to my previous orders.
Multiple emails but, No response at all.
