We purchased 10 Solar pool rings from this company in an attempt keep our pool warmer. We researched them online at the manufacturer's website http://www.solarsunrings.com / and ended up buying them from Leisure Living's pool supply site http://www.poolsupplies.com.
After receiving the rings, we followed the instructions and waited to see if the rings would help. After two weeks we noticed no increase in temperature in our pool so I contacted the company to request a return authorization.
I was told the rings are not returnable once used. So I asked, how a customer was supposed to know if the rings would work if they did not try them. I also asked why I was never told (nor does it appear on the website's product page) the item was not returnable once used. They simply told me "You can't return clothing once you wear it".
After several phone calls, I was finally told to speak to Shawn who isn't available until Thursday... I'm guessing I'm going to get the same song-and-dance routine from him as well. Next stop... American Express.
