Very disappointed. I've had Colonial for a few years and never filed a claim. Had my A/C unit go out... Very old unit and finally went. Hoping for the best, I got them involved and filed. Long story short... They kept asking me for documents and information until they could justify not covering anything. So I'm about $4500 to replace the unit they won't help. Really felt like they did everything in their power to avoid assisting with any of the costs. Save your money and don't use colonial. They won't help!
