I moved in on November 18. I knew ther was aproblem because I walked in the door and had a 3 day eviction notice and I had not offically moved in. I the landlord what was this,? He told me that it did not matter a 3 day eviction notice would be issue to any tenant after the 15th of any month. I did not think anything about it until I ask him about when he was going to fix the ceiling in the bathroom above the tub. It has a big hole in it. Now the intire ceiling in about to fall in. I am scared that it is going to fall in on one of my children during showering or taking a bath. My neighbor spray her apartment now I have roaches and bed bugs. I just got new furniture and they are in my bed. The cabinets in the kitchen are fested with roaches and water bugs, which are coming under my door. I can not continue to live like this. I keep calling him about these problems I have not got a response. I have only be there for 6plus months. What is next? Please help me I do not know what else to do because I go to the office, callhim on the phone, screem and shout. Help me Please.
