No Water Heater installation in Gainesville Florida

My original order started under this phone number: 352-335-3395

I originally spoke to Ivy Woods and she informed me that there was not an installer available in my area and that she spoke to her area manager and that I could wait for one to be hired but the area manager recommended for the order to be cancelled. I let her know that I would rather have Sears Home Services install it. I called her again but could not reach her so I called to speak to anyone available.

I then reached Brenda about a month ago. She was nice and said that she will see if someone was finally going to be hired in my area. I like her so I asked for her extension, and she informed that she has no direct extension number so I asked for her email address. She gave me one and I received a bad email address on my server. She purposely gave me an incorrect email address. How I know this is since when I called to see if it was a small spelling mistake, it wasn't even close. Once I received the correct email address from another employee, I re-emailed her. When I emailed her, she did respond to let me know that there is no installer available in my area yet. I waited about two weeks and emailed her again to ask if an installer was hired for the Gainesville area. This email was not responded to ever.
And that was weeks ago. I looked at my credit card statement and was surprised to see that Sears had refunded the whole order without my permission. About a week later, I reordered through Sears.com hoping that an installer would be finally available to install the water heater in my area.

I was told a couple of nights ago that one is available through my new order (under my cell phone 352-318-0256) and that AZ Plumbing could install it. I was told they would call me in 30 minutes even though it was after their normal work hours. Luckily, I had asked for AZ's telephone number from the Sears Home Services representative. I waited a day for the plumber to call in which they didn't. I then spoke to the AZ Plumbing and they informed me that they never received an order and that they would not be able to service my hometown anyway. I then called Sears Home Services with the Plumber on the line, and then spoke to Paul (the Sears Home representative who refused to give his last name and hung up on me when I asked for his email address).

After that I sent you a the feedback complaint and called Sears.com to ask to cancel the install and that I would just hire a plumber myself in my home town. I finally had to give up.

Hope this helps,

Eric Pope
