I haven't even used them and I can't stand them. I tried calling to get some basic information on their laminate floor coverings and the reps could only talk to me via a script. Then when I asked what installation runs on avg per sq ft, they would not tell me. All they kept pushing was the in-home estimate... These are simple questions I wanted answered before I made the decision of having them in my house. $99 a room for product, but they won't give you a ballpark sq ft install price? NO THANKS! H. And BTW, we are doing the entire house buh-bye!
