I sold my condo on Nov. 29. The association tried to debit my account for the maintenance fees in Dec. But I had spoken to my bank and placed a stop payment on transaction coming from Campbell Property Management. I previously had sent them e-mails and spoken to them on the phone, explaining that I no longer owed the unit and was not responsible for the fees. The admitted having received the sales Deed for it had not been process. Then on January 9 they debited my account again.-this time for a different amount, so the stop payment did not work.
I have unsuccessfully tried to resolve this problem but can not get anyone there to see their blunder and incompetency.
