I purchased several items (shower panels, shower doors, faucets) for a bathroom remodel. All of the items were delivered and remained in my garage for my contractors to complete the remodel.
By the time the contractors got to the items (which were delivered and remained in my garage), we were a month out from when they were delivered. One of the items (out of five items in total) was broken... It had several defects to both internal and external parts.
I contacted Surplus Decor and they said that since I didn't notify them within 30 days of ordering they couldn't do anything about it.
I provided pictures showing the unit broken and the units that arrived without issues. It made no difference as they said that they wouldn't help me with the issue.
So, now, I have one working shower panel and one broken shower panel. I will likely need to purchase a new one... Although, certainly not from Surplus Decor.
My profession (real estate broker) allows me influence in decisions from clients as they look to remodel kitchens and bathrooms.
I certainly will ensure clients know that Surplus Decor does not back their products sold and certainly will ensure they don't purchase from Surplus Decor.
I would recommend you don't either... If you're reading this review to determine whether you should or should not!
