I subscribed to this service for my property in Cleveland Heights, OH for the two steam heating boiler systems we have. At the outset I was surprised that without any inspections or any such questions they agreed and gave a pricing and started deducting premiums every month. I just made a claim and they sent a tech. Within couple of days they called me and said the claim is denied under some rust clause. It is quite evident they are fabricating reasons to deny claim. Their underwriting process to take new clients is pretty simple. Just take and collect monies and when there is a claim deny it.
Insurance companies are regulated and they will run in to lot of trouble for denying claims. This type of business should be reported to the State - consumer protection and Attorney generals office.
