Freedom Mortgage is an absolutely HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Please take my advice and do not waste your time with this company. There customer service is awful, and they never follow through on anything. Freedom Mortgage contacted me about refinancing my property and after I submitted all the required documentation in June, they have yet to contact me or update on my status.
My advice is use R.H. Lending instead. They have excellent customer service and I closed with them in less than two weeks.
