Fannie Mae
Refinance

Chase my mortgage services denied my refi application for nonsense excuse.
I am divorced my int. Is 5.375% I have more than 2 years payment history and my credit score is good. Base on your program I should be able to refi my property although your program does need income verification but I provided the paper indicating my income. The property is rented in order I can make my mortgage payment. I am divorced since 2008 the property is under my name my Ex-husband did quitclaim deed to me.
I need to remove his name. I had to add my son's name to my checking on nov because I had to leave country. I lost my father so I had to leave US in order to take care of family business so need to have some one manage my account and pay my bills from my account in my absence
Although my son did provide the letter stating the account is mine and is not his money he just pay my bills in my absence. He has his own family, mortgage, student loan and other expense of his wife and two kids. Although on my bank statements show the renter deposit still Chase is giving me hard time. I was banker for 18 years.

Doing refi ace would help me and I am entitle to have benefit from government rules. Chase tried to foreclose my property for 14,000.00 while the property was under L/M which i had to leave my 84 years old & sick father who had no one except me back home and get to US. With help of friends & family I was able to stop the foreclosure process. This was back on September
Now denied my refinance application. Their excuse is Credit Report & can not verified where do I get the funds!!!

Please help me. Like all US citizen I am entitle to have the benefit from government program.
Best Regards,
Manijeh Niksadat
