What am I supposed to do when 7 guys from my neighborhood cannot build a carport over the driveway in this neighborhood with supplies from Lowes because local government officials are so corrupt they need to prevent us from showing homeowners receipts for all the supplies and bargain or haggle over payment to the 7 workers after showing the homeowners a photograph of a previous car-port built with the same supplies gotten with the reciepts shown to them for the cost of the supplies??? Local government officials are so corrupt they skim off the top so bad that would reveal the amount and severerity of the corruption.
