At around 10 am on 6/30, a large Lowes delivery truck sped up on Via Rosina through Paseos Community in Jupiter Florida. This is a quiet local street where children plays and cats wander free. The truck sped around 40 mph in this quiet neighborhood on a Sunday morning TWICE! Please notify your drivers that next time this infraction will be reported directly to the local police.
