This management company pickes and chooses who they want to harass. They drive by our house weekly and send letters threatening to fine you or foreclose on your house over anything from vehicles in the driveway to dead spots in your grass. They do not take care of the common areas, do not return phone calls. They post meetings as board meetings so the homeowners won't show up and complain thinking the meeting is only for the board members. No one in the community was entitled to vote them in (other than the board members) because they hold only one association meeting a year at a certain time of day.
Can't understand what this company does other than drive the neighborhood weekly and see who they can mail nasty letters to. What at we paying them 8,000 a year to do? W even received a letter stating they would fine us 1,000 if we didn't appear at a community enforcement meeting. Who the hell do these people think they are? They only pick certain bylaws from our association they want to try to enforce. I'd like to send them a letter from my attorney suing them for harassment. They are quick to tack a legal fee on everything and everyone except the board members in our community (secret hills, jax fl). Yes, kingdom management sucks!!!
