This Company have been getting away with not taking care of our property, It is run down and there are numerous complaints from owners about the company not fixing repairs, they go aroung and harass the residents. The board members have been in cahoots with the management company for years, they send out numerous violation letters and fines that are not valid. It is like living in a Nazi camp, some of the board members constantly harass the children, they take away bikes and skateboards and don't supply proper places for the kids to play. We have tried to get them to put up a basket ball hoop at our expense and they refuse to do it. No one wants to rent or buy here due to the conditions and the strict rules. When you go to a board meeting they completely ignore you or brow beat you. They are a bunch of old control freaks! Our property values have gone way down, renters never stay and we can't get the place sold. We need help badly and don't worry there is so much to tell that it will make your head spin. This is the worst HOA condition around and we need help! If anyone knows of how we can stand up for our rights please let us know. We have proof from other management companys that they can lower our fees and make it a better place. We have asked for financials but everything they have is vague. They are stealing our money!
