I am not one to usually take our Government forgranted. It still belongs to us and we need to start acting like it.
The city of San Diego charges administrative fees for various things this includes court syestems and everything else.
But specifically in this case you can get a parking ticket prove that you were not at fault and be "Innocent" And be charged an administrative fee of $10.00 to have the ticket fines removed.
Now the city is a government agency. Government agencies are operated and rum via taxes. If this is so. How can they charge an administrative fee when they charge you a property tax to cover the costs of these agencies?
Your tax pays for the building, the employees, the paper, the machines they use and even if they subcontract out the work to another company it is still being paid out of the monies paid in taxes. This my friends is an prime example of a rip off.
