I bought two international tickets online, the first one on 04/07 for the amount of $595.70, today the same ticket cost $455.70, the second on 04/16 for $800.40 today the same ticket, same day and everything cost $519.60;between both tickets the difference is $420.80 almost the amount to get another ticket.
After reading the FAQ on their web site title "if I have purchased a ticket and a new fare
is introduced, can obtain a credit?" the answer. Yes, in most cases, so I called, they told me that the administrative fee for changing both tickets will be the same amount of the difference between each one, so that at the end there will not be any refund. Nice.
