If you are a resident of any ARC community, then you know how they have no reguard for the rights of tenants of their communities. If you rock the boat and get them troble with the state, they will get you evicted by refusing your lot rent.
I know this first hand. Please if you live in any ARC community in the State of Florida know your rights under Chapter 723 of the Florida Stautes. ARC management is very rude they have no regaurd for you or the law.
If any of you have fight ARC do not back down. If you sell your mobile home that is any of their communities please make sure you get every thing out of your home or they will break into your home and take your property. My friends that moved out of Connie Mobile home community left some of their property in their home and the managers broke into their home and stole my friends porperty.
So to all how live in ARC communities watch your back.
