I have been working for Classic Muscle for about 4 months. I worked for Mike Nezer and during the 4 months I worked for him he has cursed me and his other employees on a daily basis, causing the turnover of employees to be rediculous. People do not like to be cursed or threatened by their boss, and shouldn't be.
Mr. Nezer is being investigated by a government agency for hour wage laws. There is also another complaint on Classic Muscle repot # 259066.
I wasnt going to continue to be cursed and threatened so I did quit my job. Mike now owes me for 38 hours work and is trying his hardest not to have to pay me what I am owed. He keeps everyone's tools when they quit, claiming they owe him money.
I did sign a contract stating I was hired as a independent contractor. I had a set hourly wage. After 3 weeks taxes and a administrative fee were taken out of my pay. The administrative fee was to pay the secretary her salary. I don't see how me or the other employees were responsible for the secretaries wages. $45 a week was taken out of every employees check every week.
