I went through a divorce from my ex-wife about 5 years ago do to my wifes constant cheating and drugs. During the divorce hearing the judge Elsworth ended up granting me the House, Kids, and everything after my complained so much in court that the judge ordered drug test for both of us.
My test came back clean and hers came back with just about every drug under the sun.
My ex-wifes mother works for CPS as a supervisor and investigator, I never thought my ex-wife would hurt the kids until she told the judge to give the kids to foster in stead of me. Judge Elsworth gave me the kids and gave my ex-wife rehab.
That lit a fire under her she stated calling CPS and making false reports about me and my at this time girlfriend. CPS came out to the house and I sent them away saying you got to be crazy this is not a bad house and I am not a bad father, my children mean more to me than life I would do anything for my kids.
My ex-wife got remarried then 2 years later I did as well things were OK. Them my new-wife and I wanted to have a baby he was a love child we couldn't be more proud of any baby in the world.
My ex-wife started calling CPS again when my wife was pregnant in the hospital giving birth.
The CPS emergency workers showed up the day my new baby was born and took him saying he tested positive for drugs. It wasn't until court that we got to see the test results and the emergency workers lied the test were negative just as we were saying all along but they made us feel like we were shit and bad parents. How can people be this way for a paycheck.
It took us 6 months to get our child back after going through programs and parenting classes, drug classes even though we were clean.
Even after we were done with the programs CPS keeps putting us through hell making us test when ever they want we have to pee test in front of other people at least 3 times a week.
Let me tell you this the things they tell you about CPS is true. It doesn't have any bearing if you are clean or dirty CPS is going to say you are dirty just to keep getting funding for your programs I have proof of this and will show it to anyone, I started going to 2 labs to test after CPS starting telling me I was dirty. Both labs had two different answers, CDT the lab for CPS said I was dirty and ECO labs said I was clean. I showed these to the judge and he said improper service and didn't except
my evidence, How is that for your tax dollars at work?
1 year after I got my son back My ex-wife started calling CPS again doing the same thing and with the influence of her mother they took my children again. This time after all the programs I got them back in 3 months. Then about 6 months after I got my kids back I bought a guitar, I checked the serial number out and it was not stolen it seemed like I got a good deal. I put the guitar up for sale on Craigslist to sell it and the last owner saw it and said it was stolen and called the police.
The police showed and asked if I had a guitar for sale I had nothing to hide so I gave it to them.
They arrested me for 2 hours when they released me CPS showed up and took my kids drug tested me again I got to labs because I don'trust them now.
I went to court thinking this was going to be stupid and easy to beat, I the stupid one. The judge ordered the kids returned and not to hold them any longer. CPS said that is only a recommended order and they do not have to give the kids back if they do not want.
I called my sister who is a social worker and she said I should move because they want to keep my kids. I thought about it but didn't do it. Then my father in-law the place the kids were staying at called me up and said get your F in kids out of here I am sick of them. I thought I was on Mars.
He was tired and drinking and the kids were laughing in bed and he had to much. He told me if I didn't take the kids he was going to turn them into CPS.
I was so scared I didn't want to loose them to CPS for ever, with as long as I have been around CPS I know that is what they do not after getting them more than 2 times.
So I left my house and moved out of state.
CPS showed up at my house in Phoenix and lied to the police and said I wasn't related to the children and that I kidnapped them out of California, that is screwed up they wanted to see someone get hurt. They created this all of it and I was being made to be the bad guy.
What do people do when CPS targets them to loose their children. I am a good decent father and a good man who believes in treating everyone the way I expect to be treated. This should not be happening to me and my wife. Now they got my kids and plan to give them up for adoption.
I really am a very unhappy person now I love my children and they love me.
