Divorced in 1997 after fighting for full custody. Has not paid child support in 2 years nor any medical/dental bills for his children. Started working for this buisness that is owned by his mother. Unsure how payroll/taxes are reported but, he is under a wage assignment order that is not being honored by this buisness.
He is over 10,000 dollars behind and I have enlisted the help of Guardian child support to help with child support collection over 1 year ago and have still recieved nothing in support.
I have called the cabinet for Human Resources in Kentucky and given them the case number for the family court we have divorced in and reported his social security number and all other contact information and have still not recieved any support for the children.
