Is more than $52,000.00 delinquent in child support. He is a true Dead Beat Dad

David is more than $52,000.00 delinquent in child support. He moves around quite a bit, but is now living with his sister Barbara Sparrow who is helping him avoid child support.

I desperately need help in getting him to pay child support. The courts are no help because he has run to another state.
