Gary has been a dead beat dad since he has gotten divorced. He has not helped out with any child support, insurance, or bills for his two little girls. The state will not take any money from him because he cannot keep a job. When he does get a job, he doesn't report it to the state, so they do not inforce child support at all. The mother of his children cannot take him to court because she can not afford a lawyer. She still owes the lawyer from the last time she tried to do something and it got too expensive. Unfortunatley this state is not very helpful for single mothers.
When they did get divorced the court only made him pay $300 a month in childsupport. He quit his job and hasn't paid anything.
