What this piece of CRAP Zachary B. Harmon, aka: Zach Harmon, Zachster, Officer Harmon, Officer Zachary B. Harmon, and his so called Chief Ed. Strong have gotten away with is criminal. Zach Harmon should never have been allowed back into law enforcement after he was FIRED by Kennebunk PD, SACO PD, Ogunquit PD, and even his civilian job at Maine Medical Center when he was between police jobs. He is severely mentally unstable and a TOTAL DRUNK! Btw, remember "the one who got away" from Parsons Beach (like you ever had a chance)? After she dumped you she used to refer to you as "Mister Softie..." maybe too much booze? How any department or court system can pretend to take him seriously is beyond me. On a third marriage and fourth police department he continues to wreak havoc: obsessed with his past failures with women, jobs, co-workers, and ex's he still has plenty of venom left for his current situation and he is never at a loss to b*tch and complain about Kittery PD and all the f*ck-ups he has to work with there. Ed Strong - you helped create this mess by allowing him in when he was a virtual untouchable after being FIRED with good cause by Kennebunk PD. This mental monster does NOT BELONG in law enforcement... How many times does a persons rights have to be violated? How many ex-friends/workers/wives need to be threatened? How many law suits? How may times does he get to sh*t on his department and "brothers"? I know a great friend (ex) of Zach's and I know what he comes from. The spoiled little adopted boy of a raging-drunken-jacka* and his poor pathetic wife. Life is tough - get over it. Your act doesn't fool anyone anymore - you are a piece of sh*t and it's time to stop blaming everyone else. But keep living in the house daddy pays for in Kennebunk with your little criminal wife...
