For 21/2 years we lived in this moble home park we were suppose to be renting but in june we started to get tax notices (which were paid through the bank) if I thought there was a problem I would ask the manager & she would swear we'd be the last ones she'd throw out of the park then the owner (who if we'd tried to get out of contract would've held us to it) decided to file bankruptcy (after promising he wouldn't) home would've been paid off oct of o8 & would've been ours park didn't want us to rent it because payments were $239 abig double wide with a handicap ramp the park wanted $550 for one 1/4 the size sure it was newer but I cleaned it up while waiting like the bank told us the health department came & kicked us out saying there was trash up to their knees (I've got the pictures from the night before & morning they boarded up our home) yet they had to tiptoe through neighbors yard & says nothing about it we spent the night at walmarts but manager called sherrif as soon as we pulled in to pack & said we spent the night there the officer said he would check with walmarts (but didn't) when I went to walmarts to see about the tape they said I had to file a complaint so I went to the sherrifs to file a complaint & to file that I wasn't abandoning my things the head sherrif in front of 10 or more officers said I had no rights that I'd more then enough trouble already & unless I wanted to go to jail I'd better watch my mouth so I went straight to the court house & filed a complaint (they changed the court date on our paper delivered to our po box-which was a day after the court date) in the mean time we are being stalked & harrassed by the sherrif - police & health department places that would've helped us (of course called authorities to make sure we weren't crooks or whatever) I understand but they lied to them & so we never heard back from them then the chief of police came up pretending to be nice asking what we were going to do I said I was refiling again that day he said all was cool & left (but he was waiting at the bottom of the hill & when I pulled out he pulled in & stole my dogs from my disabled vet husband who's half paralized & can't speak) I use to raise collies & this was the last of my stock (hadn't bred for over 5 years nor would with econmy the way it is one had eaten the posioned food that was out there & I nursed him back to health they gave me permission to spend time with my dogs (only to use me to sale them they wouldn't eat unless I brought food for them & one was so terrifed that they had to put a tiny carrier in the cage for her to hide in) in the meantime there's no where to go & every day we're threatened with jail (we only get1 check he's suppose to get full retirement but doesn't he's suppose to get all kinds of benefits from va but doesn't & there are laws against what they did to us i CALLED every lawyer pro bono etc to no avail when we went to court they told judge they were going to put my husband away the judge pulled me a side after they left & said I was right in taking them to court I was told I had 3 days to pack & I couldn't return without a mover the guy who was to move me all of a sudden disappeared (he had been calling me endlessly day after day to move me) but I made the mistake of having him call & confirm we had a moving date -well they lied to him & they pulled away our home with everything in it we didn't get a coat a blanket nothing & it wasn't until later I learned the truth about the mover (the only one we could afford) in the meantime deals are being made under the table & where other homes were torn apart ours wAS pulled away then they ran us out of town after burning our car when it was learned we had pictures the judge has called us back 3 or 4 times but with no car (it's $170 one way in a cab) & family charged us $140 to bring us where we're at & police (up until lately would park in front of our room & just sit there (had to prove it to my husband before he'd move) also they let one dog get loose not once did anyone try to find her & we were told if we entered the park we'd go to jail we did everything & yet out of greed someone stole our home & the authorites helped them & then they punished us for throwing us out of our home & made sure we couldn't get help of any kind & for this we pay taxes where the justice in this?
