Flm/federal loan modification law center (the company) has taken my down payment last 23jan but has not gotten back to me in 4 1/2 months x have sent an intial letter last 25mar after 2 months and my 6th letter last 16may demanding a refund on my payment as they claim a refund or money back policy x have contacted the bbb but it seems this company is not registerd x have made numerous telephone follow up calls but no response x
