I ordered for my client a credit report with this company. I am now being billed for a monthly service I never authorized nor requested. I contacted them and they refused to remove the charges, stop the recurring monthly charges and hung up the telephone on me. I think I will be bringing a lawsuit against them in Los Angeles Superior Court for fraud and 17200 violations of the Business and Professions Code. I am also forwarding a letter to the FTC. It is time to gather a number of us and bring a civil suit.
