I called to cancel my online service and I was told this is an online program only. Due to the fact that my internet isn't working fully I told the representative to cancel the service. I asked at that time if my credit card would be charged and she told me no. I loom the next day and there is a charge on my card. I call the customer service number and I'm told I have to e-mail for my refund! Companies should not be able to do this!
