No Mail on Bad Weather Days

I worked at home and so I anticipate mail from my customers fundamentally daily, But ive notice on times with bad-weather I never receive email, & most fridays i dont receive mail either. Im tired of this. And icant actually cal straight to my postal office to record a problem
