Testing Authority posted job availability for Postal workers. I called them and purchased their Postal Battery Exam Study Guide for 149.45. After studying this guide and filling out the proper application online with the United States Postal Service, I called them asking them in what are were they promoting job openings. Their response was that once the United States postal service reviewed my application that I would receive a phone call to take the appropriate tests. After 6 months of no phone call I called Testing Authority to request a refund and suggested that this felt like a scam. They responded that, they would refund my money as stated in the paperwork 1 year after I either 1) did not receive a job through the US Postal Service or 2) received a job and was working for 90 days. As of today, October 3, I called Testing authority to receive my refund as I have never been contacted by the United States Postal Service only to find all telephone numbers they provided are no longer in service.
